Product warranty is a quality commitment assumed by Cimag to customers and users of its products, in order to ensure their functioning and/or the replacement of items that have material or manufacturing failures, during a specified period.
The Cimag team is responsible for providing warranty service, analyzing and replacing items that present defects, as long as they are used properly and have not been subjected to inadequate maintenance. The team is also responsible for forwarding warranty requests to the Cimag factory.
Cimag Brasil has a Warranty Committee formed by trained professionals, who analyze and approve the reimbursement of warranty requests sent so that customers are not penalized for failures arising from manufacturing and assembly problems of components that equip Cimag products. Warranty information is stored and processed to help resolve issues that occur most frequently in the field.
